Frein is a cold blooded murderer. There’s no good motive for that.

War on drugs. If you have more than $10K in your possession, you’re automatically assumed to be a drug dealer or money launderer.

Let’s use the original Captain America image. After all, Chris Evans doesn’t appear to be a friend freedom.

‘CAPTAIN AMERICA’ STAR ‘GENUINELY DISLIKES’ BREITBART NEWS’ BEN SHAPIRO

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Hollywood/2013/05/03/captain-america-ben-shapiro

From the article:

“Clear-eyed viewers watched Breitbart News’ own Ben Shapiro take down Piers Morgan anew during Thursday’s CNN broadcast.

Chris Evans, who plays Captain America in several Marvel films, sided with the low-rated CNN host after watching the exchange.”

I see.

I never wrote that he had a good motive. Using your logic every cop involved in civilian ‘murders’ are cold-blooded murderers and deserve the same fate.

Know what? I have a hard time arguing with you on that...

Why is the “why” coverage missing???!!!????

"Why" is not in the purview of journalism. It requires going beyond the facts, which are who, what, when, where, and how. "Why" is wide open to conjecture and interpretation and opinion. This is "why" journalists have taken the word "why" as part of their mission.

Again, my point was the lack of information

-gathered and reported on by the reporter-

regarding the reason the guy had that much money.

Then we could decide better ...

If the media don’t report, we can’t decide.

Another example:

Friend of mine is involved with friday evening or weekend school fundraiser such as auction or car wash.... and thus has a boxful of cash to keep till Monday when they can deposit it in the bank....

That bit of infomation makes all the difference in the world.

I’d bet a great percentage of folks would be irate to hear of a PTA board member being relieved of the funds raised for the football team or local charity.

Again I am reminded of the phrase “we report, you decide”.

The “why” is part of due diligence in reporting..... without that, we can’t very well make informed decisions.

OK, a couple other ways of putting it:

Where did the money come from?

What did he do to get the money?

My old-country grandmother liked to deal in cash, and once took $3K to a car dealer to buy a car. Nowadays, that would be about $30K, and the greatest risk she would take in carrying it, so it seems, is theft by the police who are supposed to protect people.

The information missing from this story is why Mr Anderson had the $ in his car. The “why” is missing. The “who”, “what”, “when”, and “where” have been covered. Any time one of those cardinal rules of journalism are either omitted or ignored, is when the alarm bells should be going off... Why is the “why” coverage missing???!!!????

And it has to be illegal for a cop to tell someone that if he can abscond with the cash, the citizen won't be charged with a crime - while threatening a criminal charge if the citizen isn't good with it...smell::rotten::Denmark::this story

You are CORRECT

Threatening CRIMINAL ACTION in a CIVIL MATTER is the DEFINITION of FELONY EXTORTION.
