If you are talking about the case in Milwaukee...IMO, there is a lot more to that story than black on white. It was reported that 2 suspects walked up to the house and opened fire. Sounds more like drug dealing gone bad to me.

I lived in Minnestoopid for ten years, a place where destruction of property is considered a permitted form of political expression - as long as one is a Democrat. I’m in Houston now, but a little too close to Queen Sheila’s realm. No telling what she and Quannell X will try to stir up. Anyhow, got plenty of 5.56 just in case.

Lord giving protesters the nearly unfettered right to do property damage to the computers and other assets of corporations whose subsidiaries manufactured weapons, because the evil of manufacturing weapons greatly outweighed property crimes. Bragging that draft protesters and -dodgers "usually walked out of my courtroom."

Years ago, I worked with a guy who grew up in Detroit in the 1960s. As he said...it was night and day, coming up to mid-summer of 1967. Prior to that summer, you could walk around the entire city and felt fairly safe. After that summer, there were areas of town that you didn’t go in daylight or evening hours. The hostility that brewed, simply didn’t go away.
He said it was all over an illegally operated bar, and the cops coming into the place to shut it down. Tempers flared, a bottle was thrown, and roughly forty people were dead over the next month.
Ferguson is probably on the edge of the same type development. If there is massive civil disobedience, and some people use violence...it’ll merely envelop the area....like you suggest...turning it into the next Detroit. If you ever needed some arctic snow storm to hit Missouri....now is the time.
The Don’t Shoot Coalition (hodge podge of radical far left grievance groups) needs to avoid criminal acts if they don’t want to get shot. If I owned a business in the area, I would be sleeping on site to make sure I was there when the riots start, and I would defend my property aggressively. I’m smarter than that though. I never set up in that area. [Note to far left grievance groups - that means the jobs I created were never available to people in the neighborhoods you plague.]
I hear the crazies are planning to go to other whiter neighborhoods in the Saint Louis area to cause trouble.

I was not around Minneapolis at the time, but the wife of the police chief was also involved in those “protests”. No professional protesters in that day save for some of the ringleaders who were on the KGB payroll.
I do think this might go national; this won’t stay in Ferguson, but there will probably be branches of rioting in different cities. One way or another I am certain there will be rioting. If indicted, the rioters will be celebrating and will be emboldened. If not, a temper tantrum.
