In the months since stating that someone named "Barry" raped her during her college years, Lena Dunham spoke about Michael Brown, being goth, eating entire chickens, and Planned Parenthood instead of clearing an innocent man's name. This also happened when "Barry One," the man wrongly implied to be the rapist, repeatedly contacted Dunham and her publisher to get them to clarify that he had nothing to do with the assault.
Instead of helping an innocent man, on Twitter, Dunham found the time to write about inane subjects and make jokes. All the while, Barry One was being falsely accused of rape.
Some of the tweets include the ones below. Again, these came at a time when Dunham knew that her book was ruining someone else's life and she had the power to stop it and could have easily exercised that power.

Lena may not be taking anything negative as a serious threat just yet. She’s still caught up in her Lady Gaga Moment, where excessive myopathy and personal indulgence are applauded. Hopefully, this falsely accused ‘Barry’ will take her to the courtroom and sue royally. Once she has to pay, this ‘might’ serve to wake her up to real consequences of purposely ruining someones reputation. She is a low and sour individual.
