Republicans, whom I do not confuse with conservatives necessarily, control a great majority, the number presently escapes me after the additions of the recent election, of the 99 Statehouse legislatures.

This Republican control makes it a virtual impossibility to have a runaway convention but it also, of course, makes it difficult to secure passage by three quarters of those 99 Statehouse legislatures. That is why I think we need a black Swan but it is also why it is better to fight there than in Washington.

Liberals literally froth-at-the-mouth at the mere mention of Governor Sarah Palin...which is how I further remain confident she has the success of this country in mind.

She is smart, has honed her skills, and has her fingertips on the heartbeat of what is important to decent Americans. She will be an even more formidable force in a few years.

I love Sara Palin but I would never vote for her as a presidential candidate and would be very disappointed in any presidential candidate that chose her as a vice president running mate. Sara Palin abandoned her governorship when things got to hot for her. She is a great conservative but being president is not a job you give to some one that has shown they cant handle the pressure. Not everyone is cut out for the oval office Mrs. Palin is definitely some one who I respect her views and think that those that discount what she has to say are fools but at the end of the day I have to remember that she did not finish her term as governor.

I do believe your solution just may be easier to accomplish than mine.

Here’s to hoping that at least one succeeds.

Wow... And they lived MCCain, remember? Until he got the nomination. Remember how Romney made his dog ride on the roof of the family vehicle? Puhlease. Do you really think there is a Teflon-coated Republican? Whomever is nominated will have his or her life x-rayed. Palin’s exam is over.

That was a heck of a party platform that you voted for, full term abortion, removing border restrictions (entirely) and legalizing everyone today and for the future, and ending the Border Patrol and INS, and of course the gay agenda and all the usual.

“We therefore call for the elimination of all restrictions on immigration, the abolition of the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Border Patrol, and a declaration of full amnesty for all people who have entered the country illegally.”

No one relinquishes power. Amid the most acrimonious scandal politicians hang on until the bitter end, regardless of how negatively it affects their constituents. No one does it because they love the power.. Palin had no scandal. She had done NOTHING wrong. But she was being attacked relentlessly because of an obscure law that allowed unfounded claims to be treated as substantive. You don’t know this of course, because you never looked beyond the MSM narrative. When Palin stepped down she made the best decision for Alaska, the worst decision for her... And you can’t see that.. Sad.

Palin has served many terms in several offices, and was Governor for 32 months before resigning, and then helping to create and lead a modern American conservative movement.

For a while after November 2nd 2008, it was Palin alone, and fighting alone to reinvigorate conservatism and the GOP, taking on the media alone until the tea party formed.

That is insulting to the other conservatives that have stayed in the fight and have won, such as Ted Cruz.

Stayed in the fight? Senator Cruz gives Governor Palin credit for making him a Senator.

Senator Cruz and dozens of others are part of the fruits of Palin's war since 2008.

Don’t be silly, and don’t be dishonest, while you were voting for zero restrictions on abortion and eliminating the very concept of a border, the GOP wasn’t.

It is one thing to be weak on border issues, it is entirely another to be supporting a platform that literally wants to end it, fire the Border Patrol and is shocking even to liberal democrats.

The pro-life movement has won many victories and is strong.

Perot was also pro-abortion and anti-gun, something many of his voters didn’t even know.

I had to listen as people with completely opposite politics from each other, each thought that when he pledged to “get under the hood and fix it” that he meant them, whether they were left wing, or right wing.

Sarah Palin is too good for D.C. politics. I’ve said it before and will say it again—the media would drag her and her family through the mud daily if she decided to run. She does not deserve that, and I know she wouldn’t want that for her children or family members.

Sarah’s influence is actually world-wide now. Her Christian faith and stand for conservative values have a far-reaching effect still to this day.

If there were an actual chance of her being elected President, I would be all in. But the sad fact is this country will no longer elect the very best person needed. If George Washington or Abe Lincoln were around today, they would be made fun of for their moral beliefs—and never would be elected.

Sarah can do good just as she is. Her opinions still are published far and wide, and her message of faith, family, and righteous thinking influences millions of people across the world.
