They are using the low-end Negro mob to intimidate, then to provoke a strong, possibly even armed, reaction. Probably inevitable. When this happens (not if) it will prove, or so they think, the Obama/Holder/Wright/Sharpton Theory of "Institutionalized White Racism."
Of course, this will require massive government intervention on a variety of fronts. In the meantime, the lower-end Negroes are being very efficiently driven and led into a frenzy of violence against visible authority as represented by the police. This provides Team Obama with another not insubstantial benefit: it distracts the lower-end Negroes from noticing that they have suffered tremendous economic loss under the Obama régime, as many millions of illegal aliens eat their damned lunch.
The Obama/Holder/Sharpton Message to "their people:"
"By all means, don't pull up your pants. Don't take advantage of the billions spent on your education, disrupt it. Don't speak English. Don't work or prepare yourself for work. Use drugs. Sell drugs. Have children. Take to the streets. Burn down towns. Kill cops. We on Team Obama will do the rest."
