>>Good job Pack, you should see all the Cowboy whiners over on the NFL thread.<<

HILARIOUS! Their tears are might tasty — sorta cheese flavored...

>>I was for Green Bay, but the Cowboys were robbed blatantly.....<<

Not by that Dez call they weren’t.

How ‘bout them refs??? What a scandal that call on Bryant’s pass completion on the six inch line that would have given the lead to Dallas was. The boys in Vegas who bet on GB are pleased as punch though. But never mind. Neither of these teams would be able to beat the Seahawks, so this win won’t go very far.

Well, if that’s how the rule is supposed to be applied, then a review of that rule is in order. No sane person, sorry, would have considered that an incompletion before we had these replays and this stupid “football move” phrase, which seems to be justification for counter-intuitive reinterpretations of the game.

I’m not a big Dallas fan, but that call was just wrong. And saying that the Cowboys benefited from a bad call in a previous game doesn’t make it any better.

Totally agree. I’m sad but honestly this team was so much better than I expected this season.

Bryant did not control the ball to the ground. It was the correct call.

Packers are my second favorite team, after the Niners. Good for them.

Dez catch probably would have been good if he had just ended the action when he was coming down with his right arm on the ground and his knees starting to touch the ground but when he tried to roll around and catch the ball in control then it looked obvious that he didn’t have control

I hate Dallas, but that was the worst call I have ever seen.

He was clearly making a football move to reach for the endzone.

MAYBE there’s not enough evidence to overturn an incomplete call on the field. But enough evidence to reverse?

No way.

Dallas was robbed (says the guy who’s rooted against Dallas since Roger Staubach).

You can dismiss it all you want. Game MAP was the replay official for the horrible call.

I am not even a Boys fan but there is no doubt that the “control” call on the goal line was complete incompetency by the refs. The runner had control of the ball no doubt all the way to the ground and the ground caused him to loose control. His knee was down and he had control of the ball when the ball made contact with the ground. Play over, dead, Dallas first and goal.

The NFL got their payback today. An non apology coming from the idiot league pres this week.

Christie did not bring much luck today.

I am a Cardinal fan with no love for the Cowboys, Let me be the 2nd to say that got hosed with this call. Two steps, an elbow and a stretch to the goal line, and it’s not a catch.

Please compare the end of the half where the point of the ball is on the ground while the Packer is shielding the play from the ref.

Good grief.

Oh, well. They all got paid well tonight, players, coaches and refs, alike. Meanwhile, there are still Islam’s out there killing and planning and planning and killing.

How ‘bout them referees!

I’ve been a Giants fan since 1956. Nothing, except for USMC expeditionary forces retaking Washington, could make me happier than Dallas getting screwed by referees, to make up for years and years of abuse on behalf of “America’s Team”.

But

It was a catch.
