Limbaugh: Obama’s ‘High Horse’ Speech Is Dangerous
Rush Limbaugh via Truth Revolt ^ | February 6, 2015 | Rush Limbaugh via Bradford Thomas

Posted on 02/07/2015 7:43:34 PM PST by QT3.14

n his radio show Thursday, Rush Limbaugh unloaded on President Obama for his “high horse” remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast earlier that day in which the president drew a moral equivalence between radical Islamic terror and dark episodes in the history of Christianity. The president’s choice to attack Christianity at an event designed to unite, Limbaugh argued, revealed just how much he resents this country and how actively he is seeking to humble the West. Not only was the speech insulting, suggested Limbaugh, it's dangerous.

Saying the president's Prayer Breakfast speech “dots the I, crosses the T” on his worldview, Limbaugh said it’s clear, “we have a man who really has a problem with this country.”

I loved it - he stood up there, with arrogant, holier than thou glow and talked down to us about the need for humility.

After that prayer speech, it’s totally amazing just HOW ahead of the curve Dinesh D’Souza was in his first film.

Sure, plenty of US were scared as hell about Obama and his upbringing, but Dinesh was one of the first with a really far-reaching voice to go so far out on a limb.

Aside from Limbaugh and Drudge, maybe.

That’s exactly the problem. I have no idea where he was actually born, but he was RAISED outside our country, or when he was in the country he was raised by people who have no love or respect for this country. He does not see America as we do. I’ve even thought this might be subject for a Constitutional amendment: that a candidate for POTUS must have spent X number of years during his childhood and teen years in the U.S.

” .... and dark episodes in the history of Christianity.”

I am so sick of revisionist history. The reason for the Crusades were because of Islamic terrorism. muslims have been terrorists from day one. The Crusades were a united effort against ongoing muslim terror.

At the time, there was Islamic expansion because the terrorists were forcing people to submit or die. Christians had a right to defend themselves.

It seems to always happen this was. Even in the Balkans. the media tried to make the muslims out to be the victims. They were attacked because they had continually been committing acts of terror against innocent people. They had had enough and finally started to defend themselves. We were on the wrong side of that conflict.

I would add another aspect of the “High Horse” speech that Limbaugh failed to articulate: The Traitor-in-Chief clearly committed another act of treason in his speech uttering words that purposefully and directly encourages and gives aid and comfort to our enemy - radical Islamist warriors. He did this with his relativism analogy to the Crusades, essentially trivializing their Jihadist slaughter against nonbelievers, claiming it is no worse than the Christian Crusades. Thus, his treason goes like this: If Christians felt justified in conducting the Crusades, then why are you nonbelievers harping about Muslim Jihadist. Muslim Jihadist actions are no worse than the Christian acts committed in the Crusades. If Christians were justified in conducting the Crusades in the name of Christ, the Jihadists are justified in committing their murderous acts in the name of Allah. Coming from someone who purports to be POTUS, there are few acts of treason that would surpass the “High Horse” speech.

I don’t mind anyone saying that America needs more humility. That is a Godly virtue. However, it’s the ‘why’ that Obama was pushing that was way out of bounds. America doesn’t need more humility because of the crusades a thousand years ago.

And, even with the true stories of slavery and Jim Crow, we don’t need more humility because those sins are the worst sins of all time. It is because it brought brothers onto a battlefield killing one another that we should have the humility to look deeply and honestly at how that came about.

I pray that America will be granted the grace of humility by Almighty God, but not a false humility based on false premises.

Muslims have been terrorist from day one...

Did you ever wonder if the great flood did not get them all?

Just a thought. There seems to be something terribly wrong here.

Obama, acting spokesman for ISIS, defended their barbarian ways, in the fashion of a child accused of wrongdoing in the schoolyard: “what about you?” Next, he will say: “ISIS is rubber and you’re glue, whatever you say bounces off us and sticks to you” (nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah).

The flood preceded the great pedophile by 3000 years. That’s why. Maybe a good time for a flood from Pakistan to Yemen.
