Emphatically NO. However, the various states sold their collective souls to the federal devil a long time ago. States fear that the feds will cut off their allowances if they don’t do as they’re told. I don’t see the governors standing up against their federal masters, especially those states, like mine, with democrat governors.

RE:”[Vanity]Do states have to enforce gay marriage court rulings?

Its a interesting question, better phrased :”What happens if they don't?”

I would say we need a test case to see how it plays out.

Generally though the moral values in this country have decayed enough that many want to give out those licenses and now have the judicial rulings as convenient cover to do it or support others that do.

The lib justices see the popular wave on their side.

Only one side fought this battle for popular opinion and fought it effectively, the libs.
And they had the news and entertainment media helping them.

Nullification is the only answer.

An emphatic yes! Alabama can set the standard for the nation by rejecting this unconstitutional incursion by hussein's central government.

Go Alabama go! Stand up and fight sodomy!

The Supremes should just determine if some action meets the intent of the Constitution. They should NOT be changing such intent or “creating” laws through their interpretations.

I used to admire Judge Napalitano several years ago because he came across as a good Constitutionalist. ...I’ve seen him on FNC several times over the past couple of weeks and have lost trust in him. ...He’s now saying things that indicate that if the Supremes make a ruling then that is the new law.

"They should NOT be changing such intent or “creating” laws through their interpretations."

Case law/common law has been around for awhile now. Article III of the US Constitution does not help you in your assessment of deviating from case law. I agree with you and Robert Yates/Anti-Federalists stance on the abuse in the power of the Judiciary and the chaos the Supreme Court has/will caused/cause, but "it is what it is".

... things might have to unravel a bit before they can get better. Our federal government has grown too powerful and the checks and balances no longer exist.

My first job out of college was an asst. line producer at a major Hollywood studio (1976). Back then, I would estimate the homo employees at 1/3rd of the overall. I’ll bet these days, it is close to half. Even back then, the faggots would hit on me more or less constantly. I finally slugged one, and lost my job : )

The MSM, Hollywood, etc are directly responsible for making homos acceptable to the masses. May they all rot in hell.

Wow! So a lot of the “ladies’ men” are really poofs?

I guess it makes sense. Look at Rock Hudson and Richard Chamberlain - passed off for decades as “the guy that always gets the girl”, when in reality, they were/are flaming queens.

We could dive deeper into this (the MSM & Hollywood) but offline. The truth will offend certain types.

In all seriousness, Liberace has more than a few fans on here. I still can’t believe people didn’t see what that erupting volcano of buggery was about back in the 50s at least, with TV.

You would not BELIEVE how many. James Dean was a poof. Raymond Burr went after little boys. Travolta, etc.

They were around then. Faggots swarm to artsy fartsy jobs. The studio heads paid out big money to keep a lid on it, like Obama did with his record : )

Bad news. Bad, bad stuff. But not entirely surprising.

BLEH!!!

“Artsy fartsy”: That explains Ogunquit and Provincetown. :(

Well, a “normal” person could go there in the early 70’s.

Yeah. That’s another nail in the coffin to never go there again.

I have to say, I don’t recall seeing any buggery when I was in SF a few years back. P-Town , OTOH, sodomite/carpet muncher central.

I was hissed at (like a cat) for being there with a woman. Never again and that was in the year 2000.

Homos will become militant, just like the illegals in California have already done. Evil left to its own devices, destroys!
