Both socialism and Islam are parasitical fascist systems where the elite bosses feed as vampires upon the productive citizenry under their control. Under totalitarian Islamic Sharia Law, productive “people of the book” (Christians and Jews) are tolerated as “dhimmis” (officially subjugated 2nd class citizens) to the degree that the local emirs and sultans decree they should be tolerated. This allows the Muslim bosses to ease their grip or tighten it at will. In socialism this relationship finds many parallels.
For example, Lenin himself, during the disastrous “war Communism” period following the revolution and civil war, allowed the “New Economic Policy” or NEP, where a limited form of capitalism was permitted in order to get the flat-lining economy moving again. Once it was moving, the Communist bosses mass-murdered the successful NEPers, namely the so-called “Kulak class.” The Castros in Cuba have made similar moves over the decades, with Cuban NEPs cycling with harsh Communist crackdowns. Today in Venezuela the productive are tolerated in order to exploit their economic vigor, or they are rounded up and imprisoned, purely at the whim of the elite socialist bosses.
Under Islam, the local Muslim bosses can decide in one place and era to tolerate the dhimmis and exploit their economic vitality (Spain during “Al-Andalus” post 711AD), or wipe them out in a genocide (many examples, the Turkish genocide of the Armenians and other Christians during the early 20th century is just one). But the degree of freedom permitted to the subjugated dhimmis is totally up to the local Muslim power structure. From tolerance to genocide, all is permitted when it comes to Muslims dealing with infidels. The Muslim is always the master, the infidel is always the subjugated dhimmi.
This also is seen in Muslim marital relationships, and in their ownership of slaves. A Muslim husband or slave master can be a wonderful, enlightened and tolerant man, or he can be a ruthless exploiter, brutal rapist and even a killer. It is totally up to the master how he disposes of a slave, or a wife. That is the fate of the dhimmi under Islam. Your Muslim masters will hold your complete fate in their hands.
And leading elite Leftists are totally fine with that power structure. It’s very similar to how they see the world. In the view of the Left, the productive class consists of greedy exploiters who should be taxed heavily, in order to redistribute their ill-gotten wealth to the needy, poor and oppressed. In doling out this stolen largess, the elite bosses of socialism attain all power, and live like sultans and pashas.
In coming years, expect that leading progressive socialist leaders, who today mysteriously promote tolerance for and approval of massive Muslim immigration, will suddenly announce that they have discovered that Mohammed is the last messenger of world socialism, raise their right index fingers, and repeat the Shahada oath declaring their submission to Islam, while dreaming of both Marx and Mohammed.
And that is why the Left loves Islam. They both hate freedom and worship pure power.

The modern left in the USA is ideologically driven for sure, but for the most part the leftist are simply anti-right. If Bush wanted to fight a war on terrorism then the left was against it. If terrorist at an existential threat to the USA then fighting that perception is anti right. The left doesn't really harbor any love for the Islamist's the are just a bludgeon to get under the right's skin.
The left will get in bed with any ideology that is anti right, even medieval moon cults.

You could say the same thing about America. We are barely maintaining our population replacement rate.
Could the promotion of contraception, abortion and homosexuality be ruses designed by those who want to, oh, I don't know, fundamentally transform this country?
I would add that both socialism and Islam are quasi-religious systems with strict dogma. Dissent is not tolerated. (Liberals claim to be tolerant but in fact practice it within very narrow parameters approved by their leaders.) Both are extremely adverse to criticism and treat blasphemers harshly.

This is true, but we Americans are way ahead of Europeans in this regard.
What’s more significant is that the conservative religious folks in America are the ones reproducing way above the replacement rate, making up for the Progressives who are too busy marrying members of the same gender and patronizing Planned Parenthood clinics. This is one reason why the Left is so desperate to import as many left-leaning Central Americans and “Muslim Refugees™” as possible.
You and I have stood on foreign soil and fought the Muslim.
We know who and what they are.
Others here, being wrapped up in their own egos, couldn’t care less.
They may be entitled to their own opinions, but not their own facts.
I’m just glad I don’t have to protect people like them anymore.
I hope that's true. When Mrs. Eagle and I started attending our church 20 years ago, there would be 50 kids on a slow Sunday service in the children's ministry. Last Sunday I counted 10 even though our adult congregation has remained fairly constant.

My question is toward the liberal supporting masses that give the socialist elite their power. What is in it for the lib little guy?
Surely they can see from much repeated history that they too will be among the subjugated.
I suspect the liberals who strive for socialism, friend the muslims as an assist in overcoming conservatives/capitalists and that they more or less practice, The enemy of my enemy, is my friend, with every intention on having supreme power over the muslims as well.
And naturally, the muslims see the liberal socialists this same way.

For leftists, Christianity and capitalism go hand in hand. Both must be destroyed. Leftists believe they control Islamists or live with them when the time comes....after capitalism and Christianity are no more. They are in for a rude shock.

Yes, this is troubling. But what are the odds that you would see 10 children, or even 2 of them at an equally large gathering of a “Progressives for Marriage Equality and Multiculturalism” organization?
Small consolation.
Liberals are consumed with hatred of Jesus Christ and his followers. They love any enemy of Christianity.
They would rather be enslaved by Muslims than see Christianity flourish.

Thank you for posting. I will make sure this is passed around the liberty loving folks I associate and work with. I have made it my duty to know our opponent in the coming war with the Jihadi since the coordinated attacks of 11 Sep 01. I have read their book and I can only believe it was inspired by the Dark Lord himself. I swore an oath to defend and support the US Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC, several times since 17 Jul 75 and fully intend to do my duty when the time comes. Take care folks and continue to prepare for this cold war to go hot on our shores in the very near future.
Socialism is not unlike Islam in its economic effects. Incentive to produce is eliminated from the system because one is not able to keep the fruits of one’s labor. Both systems engage in grandiose building projects with slave labor. Both drain off all excess production (what there is) to support the rulers in splendour, socialism by conscious leveling of society and Islam by confiscating everything over and above enough for bare subsistence. Socialism is totally controlled and policed from the to with some self policing by the people i.e. informers everywhere who call the state enforcers for infractions or from envy or pique. Islam is self policing because the religion is the only outlet and everywhere there are are nosy neighbors who are intent on keeping everyone around them pure. The rulers don’t even have to bother with it. The nosy neighbors kill off anyone who has a dirham more than the nosy neighbor and claim impurity. The rulers are happy to allow all the local “enforcement” because it costs less.
