We need to fix our tort system and eliminate the many sources of frivolous lawsuits. Hurt feelings should not go to court, and the same is true for “hate speech” and strict liability cases. Short of a showing of genuine physical or financial injury, paired with gross negligence, lawsuits should never see the inside of a courtroom.
The bible says that’s the wrong attitude. It makes the church cease to look like anything special to the secular world.
