Marie Harf is a spokeswoman so the stupid words that come out of her mouth were put there by her stupid superiors in the John Kerry State Department and the Obama Administration. I can easily imagine Kerry saying something just as stupid, if not stupider. Although Kerry would say it in a much more arrogant way. Harf has the disadvantage of not only sounding like a stupid ditz, but of looking the part too.
