The headline doesn't match the article. Qfour was revised down from 2.64 to 2.18.

QTHREE was 5%, and hasn't changed as far as I can tell from the article

I read it as the GDP job from the 3rd qtr’s 5% to 2.2% in the 4th qtr. after the 4th qtr. was revised.
