Call for Targeted Nat'l Boycotts of Profit-Heavy Products of Big Companies Who Bend to Fascist Few
April 2, 2015 | Self

Posted on 04/02/2015 6:28:59 PM PDT by concernedcitizen76

Since 1996, Gallup polls show that a significant plurality of Americans identify as conservative. Never more than a quarter identify as liberals. A map of the USA that is mostly red shows the congressional districts of the House of Representatives.

Money talks. The success of the left is based on the money flow. Despite their smaller numbers, they have learned how to coalesce their energy in order to turn the money spigot on and how to turn the money spigot off. If corporations come to know and fear the prodigious economic power of the conservative and conservative leaning majority, the tables are turned. The Fascist Few will have to play defense rather than offense.

Take their power away. Show corporate America the power of the people by flexing economic muscle with coordinated national boycotts of products of household name companies that bend into pretzels for the Fascist Few.

As a demonstration, start with a couple of these large companies and crash their sales by refusing to buy their products.

We have the power in our hands to show them our prodigious strength. The energy only needs to be directed.

Cesar Chavez changed the game with a boycott of grapes.

What shall we choose?

I like your idea. Target a few so that the point gets across.

I quietly go about my boycott every day. I’ll go out of my way not to give a dime to a liberal company.

This is a brainstorming board. Boycotts can be very effective. I have several beverage products in mind but I’m interested in what others have to say.

AARP sends me stuff in the mail all the time. It goes in the trash.

Hot button.
Recently, I have started opening their envelopes, if they have a postage-paid return envelope I mail everything back to them (they pay the freight) and with a big black sharpie I write "Kindly remove me from your mailing list."

Worth a try.

I like that plan even better. They send me so much junk mail it may save a few trees.

Could always pick a conservative company and boost their sales while communicating personally with these others and letting them know. Always let them know.

Exactly. It must be a good idea otherwise one the moles wouldn’t surface so quickly to show its fangs. lol

Targeting is a very effective way of demonstrating the power of an affiliation group and setting an example to fear. The left uses bullying tactics, intimidation, violence, and of course instills the fear of loss of profits. We don’t need to bully etc., just demonstrate the tremendous buying power of conservative and conservative leaning Americans in an identifiable and unmistakable way by withdrawing that buying power in a sudden and targeted way that leaves a big hole in the balance sheet of the target in question. This is a discussion that needs to be kept alive until the final strategy is fixed.

“Kindly remove me from your mailing list.”

My wife and I hit 50 about the time Obamacare was foisted upon this nation. I mailed about 6 AARP applications back to them in their envelope with sharpie writing all over it telling them we would NEVER EVER become members because of their support for Deathcare. They finally quit sending.

I to this day have not bought ANY Heinz product since the 2004 run up to the election.

Now they are combined with Kraft.

We read of the Soviet era and Hitler’s rule, of how people who held certain views or used the wrong word were punished in various ways, including losing their jobs. Now in the USA it is not just the government but increasingly big businesses forcing their views (that have nothing to do with their products or profis) upon others, views that are contrary to most of the people.

Warren Buffet’s group owns a lot of Heinz now. I try to avoid them too.

Don't just boycott. Ridicule.

Ridicule:

“Oh, is that the anal beverage? No telling what’s in it.”

Or...

“Oh, those sodomy ______s. I wouldn’t wear one of those. Someone might get the wrong idea.”

He also owns Dairy Queen.”

Now that just breaks my heart. DQ and I have a history going back at least 60 years when you could get a dipped cone for $.05 (and keyboards had a cent sign!). DQ and Carl’s are the only two places that fix burgers to my grandson’s standards and Carl’s is out of ice cream more often than not plus our Carl’s has employees that can barely speak English which was why I quit going to Sonic. Really wish we had an In and Out here in our part of Texas. Maybe one of these days.

I quit going to DQ when they stopped using cream and started with the ice milk.

I LIKE the occasional bit of sweet butter with my dipped cone!

Thanks boycott for the list. I’ll check it out. Can hardly wait for the Peach Shakes to make their annual seasonal debut at Chick Filet.

Am making some minor household repairs so have gone on a campaign to find contractors who use only U.S. citizens. Also started buying more foodstuff from Dollar Tree since they are now stocking more things made in the USA. Sometimes wears me out trying to find sources that meet all my Conservative criteria and it drives my friends crazy.

It’s George Orwell’s ‘1984’ and Ray Bradbury’s Farenheit 451 come to America. Who was it who said all democracies inevitably become dictatorships? In Farenheit 451, there are scenes where robtic dogs with razor teeth hunt down readers of books with remarkable agility and speed. I cringed when I saw a video of the DARPA robotic dog running fast and sure.
