A Subway sandwich shop worker whose social media posts about Saturday's killing of two police officers in Mississippi sparked outrage online said her comments were misconstrued — and now she's being threatened.
"They took the status the wrong way," Sierra McCurdy of Laurel, Mississippi, told NBC News Monday.
McCurdy wrote the Facebook post following news of the fatal shooting of two officers, Benjamin J. Deen, 34, and Liquori Tate, 25, during a traffic stop in Hattiesburg.
"2 police officers was shot in hattiesburg tonight…GOT EM," read the post, which also included a crying-laughing emoticon and a gun emoji.
"They took it the wrong way," McCurdy said, as she explained that her comment referred to the suspects, not the cops, and that she intended to use the crying emoticon instead. Three men and a woman were quickly arrested and charged in the shooting....

Absolutely. I worked in thet industry. If people had any idea what America hating bastards the vast majority of medi are they would burn their offices to the ground. The hate they have for traditional America and the disdain they have for the values that built it is beyond simple liberalism. Most see themselves as far superior to us in a VERY nazi sort of way.
I had one “sports’ reporter tell me once he’d never pay for a grandparents healthcare as his needs were more important. I had another REGULARLY talk about the stupidity of people like Christians and conservatives and how we literally were stumbling blocks to pretty much utopia.
That was at one newspaper. One. And they were not the only two their that held such views. Only the ones that would OFTEN express them.
BTW, that was at what people considered a ‘conservative’ leaning paper.

I really doubt her claim that “GOT EM” refers to the suspects. Compare the time of her post to the time the suspects were apprehended. If her post precedes apprehension, you know for sure she is lying.
There are many fierce activist republicans. I wonder why they don't go into media more.

Norm, post CW2, I can only think of setting perimeter guards around metropoleis. Keep folks out of the weeds, and let ‘em battle amongst themselves for their needs.
I’ve been watching his stuff lately too. He keeps it real, as they say.
Because liberals were smart and bought publishing companies. They then hire other liberals, weeding out any conservatives they find. I lasted as long as I did because of a needed skillset. Many a time I ducked a purge because of it. The only way a conservative or even a moderate survives in the business today is if someone thinks they are gay, it would be too expensive to fire them or they are banging someone up the chain of command. And that gets harder to do by the day.
After all they have been given- completely unearned- for just being born, I just will never understand their hatred for the country that saved them.
“Escape From New York” is the reality around many urban welfare reservations; anything goes inside, but anyone straying across the frontier is quickly contained.

I say this often lately but it’s true. We are going to look a lot like the Fallout videogame when this is over/before the rebuilding begins and I 100% agree that “Escape from NY” is the way to go. Pen them in and let them fend for themselves. Since almost none of them can build a fire without matches, they problem should solve itself about the same time the prozac and food runs out. Or the first good winter storm. Whichever comes first.
And they deserve it. If we are stupid enough to let them integrate in any new society that can be rebuilt, we too deserve it. We should return their goals for us today, 1-1 then.

It figures that NBC writes a propaganda piece from the witch’s standpoint. “They” misunderstood her!
What was missing from the NBC crappy article, is her actual tweet, which just cannot misunderstood. Just to make sure there is no misunderstanding, she had another tweet: (Another post said “Police take away innocent people lives everyday now & get away w/ it , f—— them . . . (no mercy),” according to the New York Daily News.)
That second part was also conveniently not reported by NBC “News”.
