The Washington Examiner’s Byron York just confirmed that not only is Baltimore City Attorney Marilyn Mosby attempting to restrict access to Freddie Gray’s autopsy report, an uncommon practice to say the least, but she is also attempting to prevent police from accessing the report.
This unusual move has raised eyebrows across the country as those following the case speculate about what the report might contain.
Perhaps the most likely revelation would be proof that Gray died not from wounds received from Baltimore police officers taking him into custody, but instead from wounds self-inflicted during his ride to jail in the police van.
Multiple witnesses said that Gray was behaving strangely during the van ride, throwing himself around in ways that many say could easily have produced the injury he was thought to die of.
We should note, that cause of death can’t be confirmed until the document Mosby wants to suppress is released. And perhaps therein lies the motivation for her attempt to suppress.
Mosby has already shown an inability to handle a case of this magnitude. Perhaps she is now trying to stack the deck in her favor by suppressing vital evidence that could exonerate the officers she’s charging.

This is the same playbook as Travon Martin and Michael Brown. The prosecutor tried to withold the contents of Travon Martin’s phone to defendants, and Al Sharpton et al used the time before the autopsy became public to spread the false information that he was shot in the back.
I’m not sure prisoner’s dilema applies here.
I can’t imagine the cops going the plea bargain route without first seeing the autopsy report. Certainly their lawyers and union would strongly dissuade them from it. Especially now that it’s being suppressed.
And if they actually agreed to a plea and the autopsy report exonerated them, they’d go back to court and get it tossed.
Because with Mosby its all about HER..she knows either way she ends up winning..if the case falls apart people will riot, if the case doesn’t fall apart people will riot..she is already a hero in the leftist community she got what she wanted either way
When you look at the picture of Mosby, it reminds me of Michael Jackson when he honestly looked like a freak. She looks like she is high some kind of meds perhaps antidepressants or something like that. She looks like a zombie.
How can you suppress such a key piece of evidence? It would seem like there simply is no way she can get away with this. That is the cornerstone on which her case is built.
She’s probably angling for Elijah Cummings Congresscritter seat...who should be in prison himself for his actions in and directing federal agencies to harass and intimidateTruth the Vote founder.
Mostly because I am absolutely certain a large amount of the supposedly factual “available to the public information” I have read about this case to date, is not factually based, and is instead, a complex web of lies/disinformation.
I guess one has to have personally experienced the nightmare of a cop involved cover-up of a murder of a family member, to accept that there is a 50/50 chance that all future unnatural deaths put under a relentless microscope might yield yet another cop involved cover-up.

Very well said. Mosby's attitude is consistent with the petulant behavior of Baltimore's affirmative action mayor, who took offense to challenging questions at her recent press conference.
The sight might have slightly more credibility if it bothered to spell Freddie Grey’s name correctly.
This was one of the odd things about the whole story when you review it entirely (Freddy was a pure pothead, but his mom was a heroin-user). Pot doesn’t make a guy thresh around and go extremely physical unless you add PCP to it....but it’s not indicated in the toxicology report. The heroin....if you swallowed the stuff....would start to react within about thirty minutes and you’d thresh about.
One of the cops might be guilty of not buckling Freddy into his seat....but the rest of the cops did what they were supposed to do.
If it had anything to their advantage, they would be announcing it to the world. The way this “mayor” talks, it would happen. Or it would be “leaked” out.
Dude was acting up in the van and bashing his head around just like the other prisoner described, and broke his own damn neck.
