According to this website, Illinois has a State exchange operated through the federal HealthCare.gov site.

So what is the difference between a State Exchange, a "State Exchange operated through the federal Healthcare.gov" website, and states that did not build an exchange OR website, thus requiring their citizens to go to the Obamacare website?

Exactly which states will lose their "subsidies?" If I use the map at the link above, that should be any state colored in Blue that will lose their subsidies, correct?

Reading up on this further, Illinois is a State-Partnership Marketplace. The state does some functions, but access is through the healthcare.gov. I think Illinois would lose the subsidies since it is not a state run exchange.
