Without more information, such as tox levels, it is not known if the seizures were from the heroin or the injury. All of his symptoms are consistent with heroin overdose, problem breathing, possible convulsions,cardiac arrest, unconsciousness, and coma. The M. E. is speculating about when the injury occurred. It is something she will have to defend during cross examination.
