White people are at fault for racism in the United States, according to Kim Simon, a contributor to the Huffington Post.
In an article titled, "The Problem with White America," Simon details the problems that white people have caused in the United States when it comes to race.
Ms. Simon begins her article by telling "white people" to stop sending condolences to the families of the people killed in Charleston. "Stop it," she writes. "Stop with the empty condolences. It isn't enough. What we're doing isn't enough."
She then challenges whites, asking (emphasis hers), "Think racism has nothing to do with you? Racism is because of you. It's because of us."
White people are ignorant, Simon continues, explaining, "Racism and white supremacy exist because white people do nothing to stop it. Ask the person sitting next to you to tell you the history of the confederate flag. I bet they can't."

Racism and Slavery know no color, creed, religion, or country. For thousands of years there has been, and still is some countries, slavery.
Slavery has not ever been strictly a Black incident in history. It has encompassed all facets of history.
But you would never know that in this country, it seems that the U.S. is the only country where Slavery has ever been practiced. All history has been relegated to the ash can.
Unfortunately for them ‘empty your pockets, racist’ does not smack of sincerity.

The reason I'm done listening is because I *have* been listening to the left wing on the subject of race:
Over recent years I've been informed by the political left wing that 'diversity is our strength' and 'inclusion' is paramount, yet 'ethnic communities' are to be preserved (but 'redlining' is terrible) and anyone outside a particular race moving into said ethnic community is 'gentrifying' to the point where they're even calling it 'ethnic cleansing', while choosing to live in my own 'gated community' is somehow inherently racist. It's racist when Whole Foods doesn't move into their 'food desert' while at the same time they're declaring their protected ethnic areas off-limits to anyone except the 'ethnic business community'.
Folks, listen: They're absolutely flipping nuts. The topic is exhausted. I'll hear no more of it.
I conclude they're positively schizophrenic on the subject of race and I absolutely refuse playing along with their stupid game. The best and healthiest path is to ignore all whining and shouting and fury over race and seek to treat everyone respectfully up until the moment where they don't warrant your respect.

Listen to anybody in academia. You will hear them say that whites are inherently racist, just from whiteness. Screw that.
I imagine that, were Ms. Simon asked to march in some civil rights parade, she could handle that (and it would make her feel good about herself). But, if I were the organizer, I wouldn't press my luck by giving her another assignment.
