The glorified muppet had a point. I’ve been watching Republicans cheer for Donald Trump, the pro-amnesty, pro-government healthcare, friend of Hillary Clinton, and all-around Democrat backer, who, it seems pretty likely, is running for president to bleed off enough Republican support to ensure the Democrat candidate’s election.
Why are Republicans supporting a man who, for all his millions, can’t even buy himself a decent hairpiece? Because he said something that sounded sort of kind of nasty about all the Mexican criminals pouring into the country and then refused to back down when the corporate left pulled its usual Frankenstein mob scene to shut him up.

Yoda is right. Our anger comes from fear. Fear of being bullied into silence. Fear of the IRS coming after us for our opinions. Fear of our businesses being destroyed by small-minded H8ers. Fear of a White House that finds myriad ways to harass and even imprison those who disagree with it. Fear of a media that lies and lies and lies, that covers up non-compliant reality in order to sell a left-wing narrative that will secure their sense of virtue and increase the political influence of their corporate bosses.

That's not at all what Klavan is saying....now whether you agree or not, Klavan is saying the assumption that Trump is really on our side based on what he's been saying for 25 minutes is unwise. Klavan has been on our side much much longer than Trump.

I don't think Trump wears a hairpiece. If he did, he would look a lot better. I think he wears a terrible comb-over hairstyle. But, heck, his comb-over is so well associated with him, to quote the old song "why try to change him now?".

I worry about this too, the main problem is in the last 30 years whenever someone in the political class has tried to feed red meat to their consitutients the vegan media has stood up and relenetly shamed them into submission. Now that crap is breaking in the country the people are hungryas hell for some raw meat.
Trumps speech is pathetic even though conservative remarks are always welcome. Try reading through one of his interviews without cringing. A speech analysis would say he's possibly ten years old.

Everyone is so anxious for an intervention, can’t stand someone not thinking the way they do, shocked at blunt statements. I may be proved wrong, but I see Trump as very genuine and I think that is what scares them and GOPe. I hope and trust that Trump is not playing us all. I think people should take him at his word on this instead of second guessing as a means to criticize or dismiss him.
