$149 is insurance rates. When I see the dentist I make sure they price me
in the cash rate. 2k cash for 4k of work. Cleaning, $75 max.

No matter how much money you make, it is never enough if you are a materialistic, social climber. I have seen people making $200k over spend and sink themselves. It’s glutenous.

Saw some ads on my Crunchyroll app a few months back about REITs, or real estate investment trusts. Gives you the ability to invest in commercial property, hotels, etc.
