For example, just 1200 Feet below Detroit there is a salt mine that can easily shelter over 5 million people. This is also the case in Houston, Cleveland and other cities. Being trapped underground with vast amounts of people, in competition for food, water, and air is a terrifying thought to me. The social dyamics alone are too horrible to imagine.
