I had no idea if other people did the same. I've never seen anyone else put mayo on roost beef. I thought I might be the only one in this quadrant of the universe that did it.
Cold roast beef, pepper, some salt, Mayo, and French’s mustard!! It oozes out the sides, and fills that special hole in my needs. :-)
Mayo on roast beef is a normal, necessary addition to the roast beef sandwich. w/o mayo you haven’t got a sandwich.

Mayo on roast beef is good so long as there is a lot of horseradish in the mayo.
With cheddar cheese and ground horseradish.
