America to Collapse As Dollar Dies: “You Cannot Stop What Is Coming…
SHTF Plan ^ | 7 Oct 2015 | Mac Slavo

A collapse is coming… but not as quickly as many are expecting.

There are many people high up in the power structure who not only see an end to the dollar coming soon, but an economic collapse that could trigger the death of tens of millions of Americans – rendered vulnerable by the lack of services and the stopping of checks, and harmed by the resulting looting, starvation and violence that is likely to occur.

According to an anonymous source who claims to have high level insider sources, everything from the power grid to the grocery store, to the government assistance checks that huge portions of the country depend upon will simply not be there. The result is pure chaos, tragedy and destruction.

That source is “V, the Guerrilla Economist,” who spoke to USA Watchdog’s Greg Hunter after the dire prospect of collapse:

and suggest you buy coins that are commonly recognized, like Eagles and Maple Leafs

You pay a premium for the coinage but their portability is probably better than bars from “Bozo’s Mint” or coins issued by the Government of Tajikistan

Here’s an interesting video!

There is no doubt that the dollar will collapse, but it will not be in the next year ten years or 20 years but maybe in 100 years when the world moves to another currency.

If the SHTF, then I’ll worry, life’s just too short to be perpetually paranoid over this stuff.

If the SHTF and you're not prepared, there will be no need to worry then either. But least you've played a major role in determining your own fate, and by that decision not to make preparations, you might have subtracted even more from your already "short life".

Visit your local fire department and learn first hand that being in a constant state of readiness/preparedness doesn't mean you're "perpetually paranoid". Being prepared means your prepared for many of the little disasters in life that happened from time to time as well, like a big storm or etc.

Doing so, over the last dozen year or so, has made my life and the lives of my neighbors easier, more times than I can remember. Over the years, we've dealt with major storms, no power, folks loosing their jobs, sickness, no food in the stores, and etc.

Americans have always been an independent people. What's changed???

I live in a suburban neighborhood with large lots, somewhat good for growing food on.

Many of my neighbors value the Second Amendment. My eyesight is real bad without glasses.

I fully expect to be cash poor in my old age. What little cash I will get from my bank account will buy much less than even now.

What are you planing to do about it then?

. I think people may go barter system more often than the gold and silver route but who am I to say? Toilet paper and a can of soup are going to be worth more than all the baubles a man can carry, at least for a while after any major collapse.

As the Bible says:

Matthew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

God is in control of my life and I will accept whatever fate He has in store for me. If it be short, then I'll be in Heaven all that much sooner.

Matthew 6:25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

I guess the definitions of being prepared and what is paranoid have different meanings based on where you live and what your lifestyle has always been.

We live in the boonies, the nearest shopping mall and our medical center is 90 miles away. The closest city with 100,000 or more is 300 miles away. We live in the forest by a lake. There in itself is a huge pantry. We heat with wood.

Don’t get me going on what we’ve always had for guns and ammo.

We are used to freezing blizzards and are always prepared accordingly, such as food, gasoline etc stocks. We are big into gardening.

We live within walking distance of beef and grain producing farms, something on the order of the old Jericho TV show.

Even the Soviet Union let those out in the middle of no where pretty much be on their own, they simply were not a threat.

So, I don’t think we will get to worried about disasters or disorder. People in huge metro areas will die like rats by the millions long before we will. Those lucky enough to bug out will never make where we live and if they do it’s highly unlikely they’d survive without the natural adaptability locals have.

I’ve seen, on average, at least 2 articles a week making this prediction, or one very similar, since 2009 1992. OK, maybe not two articles per week, but they have been fairly regular, and that might just be when I started paying attention.

Why did you not include the heading, ""Do Not Worry"", which was what he was stressing in this particular part of the sermon.

Bible verses about being prepared

If we're prepare like we're told to be, there will me no need for worry.

Yes I predict a slow devolution down down down into a deflationary depression. Its going to be very unpleasant so you need to make your own precautions. We have.

Not sure of what heading or sermon you're describing. Can you clarify this for me?

Bible verses about being prepared

Most of the verses on that page are about being prepared for Jesus' return. IOW, about being like the wise virgins whose lamps and vessels are always full of oil.

WRT to working a farm to have an abundance, I'm reminded of the parable of the rich fool in Luke 12:13-21, spefically, Luke 12:15: And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

If we're prepare like we're told to be, there will be no need for worry.

With all due respect, we're told to prepare ourselves for meeting God because none of us knows, either the hour of our death nor the hour of Jesus' return.

Sure, the scriptures you posted are from the sermon on the mount. Scroll down at the link below and look for the section about "Do Not Worry".

" “fix” Social Security"

funny....everytime over the last 35 yrs when people "fixed" SS it was to make the workers pay in more and for them to work even longer....

benefit cuts?....I'm sure it'll happen the moment I opt for my first payment which could happen if I wanted it to this very month...but I'm waiting a bit longer...

The EU and associated countries have about 1/3 more population than the US. However, the US has more discretionary income.

The US and the Anglo Saxon nations also produce the world's food supply. If the US withheld the rice we trade, or wheat, or the soybeans, or the corn, or the meat... the world's governments would collapse.

Ah, now I understand. The heading, "Do Not Worry" is in the New King James version. What I posted is from the King James version, which does not have headings for the verses. In fact, Matthew 5-7 doesn't even contain the word "worry."

Great, anyway I feel Yeshua was attempting to get across the idea (in the particular part of his sermon) that “worry” doesn't really accomplish anything when we have no control over events. I don't think he is recommending we just set back and let things occur as they may.

If this were true (letting things occur as they may), what's the purpose of the many parables where he says otherwise?

The above are quoted quite often, but out of context, IMO.
