At some point in the future people are going to have to overcome their fears... They're going to have to admit some cultures are inferior. And that those cultures can't coexist with superior cultures without massive jealousy and rage.
Islamic cultures have the right to exist - but they don't have the right to inflict their hatred and standards on Western Cultures.
Our science has completely decoded the human genome, perhaps there may be a workable solution to their 'anger management' problem hidden in their genes?
If it were possible to find a unique genetic marker in Muslim genes that could be manipulated to, Option #1 induce a euphoric sort of gentle buzz, which would transform them into happy people. Option #2 to induce a genetic alteration to limit their lifespans to say seven years...pick a number.
There are genetic diseases like sickle cell anemia, tay sachs, cystic fibrosis and others that would serve...

Islam is defined by its hatred of everything that is not Islam.
Islam will NEVER be civilized or peaceful. Peacefully co-exist in a society that includes Islam? Impossible.
One may as well try to peacefully co-exist with pancreatic cancer.
