They simply cannot. The ideology demands the infidel culture assimilate to them, not the other way around.
So there’s the rub, as they say. Either accept our way of life/culture and laws or don’t bother to come; it’s the price they’d have to pay and their choice to the extent that we offer it to them. It’s some what like the notion of self-deportation - can’t have a job or receive benefits so the odds are, one would leave - similarly, if you don’t like our way of life and laws, then simply leave because the rest of us are not going to bow down to your God.
