Just because they act like fascists doesn’t give you the right to call them fascists!

Sounds like that could be a two-way street.
Who is likely to know more, have more money to buy tools, etc.?

What a bunch of Basturds. All states should be right-to-work states.
If the unions are so important and helpful to folks, they'll join up.
If they make it a choice, unions will become defunct.

So then if the workers choose to exercise their right not to join the Union then anything the Union negotiates as part of their contract - salaries, profit sharing, etc. - doesn’t have to be paid to the non-member workers, right?

AFLCIO does the same. The ,on they news letter ends every time with a list of non members.

You work for me and plan to shun fellow workers? You’re fired. I don’t give a flip about your union if it doesn’t give a flip about my business.

Possibly addressable as a tort by the company and the non union employees as it compromises work safety, product reliability and safety, misappropriation of company property (many of the tools), and could be considered an incitement to violence, and harassment.
If I were the judge, I would dissolve the union and seize the assets.

I have been on the business end of this type of shunning (it was a summer job for college money). It can be tough eating alone - even for a summer. They ended up shutting down the entire line by sending everything to me totally screwed up. Management said I could hold out (this was a right to work state) - but I knew they wanted this resolved fast. The next step was going to be tires and windshields.
Tough bunch to work with.

Unions are nothing but protection rackets of the same sort run by Capoine, Nitti, Luciano, etc, etc, etc. Btw, so is most government these days.
To: MichCapCon
Sue them. This certainly sounds actionable, and there’s no shortage of greedy lawyers.

I think it is a great idea. Then the non-union workers can shun the union workers in the same manner.
And the company can compare productivity of the two groups. Which group do you think will have more malcontents, unproductive workers, habitual drunks and drug users.
Tough question, eh?

The union leadership needs to be doxed with the message “these people have been living large at your expense”, followed by their salaries and perks.
