Cruz Suggests Trump Could Be Democrat
Breitbart ^ | January 17, 2016 | Alex Swoyer

GOP presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) 97% posted an attack-ad on Twitter before the Democratic debate on Sunday night, “As the ‪#DemDebate begins, Republicans have to wonder which team ‪@realDonaldTrump would play for.”

Attached to Cruz’s tweet was a link to a YouTube video, which is a montage of GOP frontrunner Donald Trump praising Democrat frontrunner Hillary Clinton during interviews in the past.

“She really works hard,” Trump stated in one of the old interviews. “I think she does a good job.”

“They are just really terrific people,” he said of both Bill and Hillary Clinton. “I like them both very much.”

Cruz and Trump have been criticizing one another since questions arose about whether or not Cruz was a “natural born” citizen and eligible to run for President of the United States after an interview Trump did with The Washington Post.

The rest of us? Cruz supporters live in fantasyland. There was a poll taken here a few months ago and Trump won in a landslide.

Yesterday I saw one promote RR as a champion of abortion. There is no depth a Trump fanatic will not sink to in order to maintain the fiction that he is a conservative.

Wait, I see you are one of the August signups.

There sure are a lot of them and they seem to be interested in one thing and one thing only...and it ain't conservatism.

In South Carolina he said that his administration would have “pizzazz”.

How can you argue with a policy position like that?

We need to make a count and identify the Trump cultists. For example: So and So joined X date has made X posts either worshipping Trump or denigrating Conservatives. That may be impossible but we could just make a list. Like Trump Cultist A, Trump cultist B, etc.

Never is. Every election, same cries for someone other than the most conservative guy running. Last time they torpedoed Palin on the way to a run, then torpedoed every single candidate with more conservatism than Mitt Romney until they got the liberal they wanted to lose to Obama.

Heh... I honestly do not mind cruz “mistreating” and or “using” a new York liberal. I WANT a conservative who plays to win and abuses the opposition at EVERY opportunity.

I would not call Reagan a champion of abortion. He did however, as governor of California, sign into law Therapeutic Abortion -

Hopefully they will all be gone in about a month. I can easily see Trump pulling a Howard Dean.

Talk is cheap. Reagan gave us 8 years ov Calif Governorship to prove his bonafides.

Reagan spent years working for conservative issues. Even outside of being governor he wrote a series of speeches (see the book “in his own hand”) for radio presentation. The writing and logic is brilliant and expertly communicated.

When Trump can show me the logic of his opinions and how his mind changed, I’ll take him more seriously. However, when you come into a debate and tout single-payer, you make me question the underpinnings of your statements.

If you look at the post histories of the Fanatics among Trumps supporters, you will find some commonalities.

They often side with the non conservative side of an issue.

They are immune to actual factual info that contradicts their script.

They all argue for lesser evil/no matter what voting.

And if you look back to the 12 election, you will find that those among them that were here screamed bloody murder for Mitt Romney.

I’ve been here since 2000... feel free to read my posting history... Trump is NOT A LIMITED GOVERNMENT CONSERVATIVE!

The ONLY limited government conservative in this race is being slandered by some of you folks on FR!

Reagan was also a Democrat until he changed his mind.

Reagan quit the Democrat party 18 years before being elected as president, and in the meantime he served 8 years as governor of California and was a consistent and articulate conservative spokesman. In other words, Trump can't hold a candle to Reagan.

That may be impossible but we could just make a list.

Impossible? It wouldn't even be difficult.

The "reasonable" Trump supporters are typically names that we've seen for years and they for the most part don't bash Cruz. And they also post on threads that have nothing to do with Trump.
