That’s a fib. He yells Omaha before every play, no way he’s reversing them all. It’s just the “ready”, getting everybody on cadence.

I agree. And because Eli does it, too, I’m guessing it’s a childhood “thing” the two of them have brought to the NFL.

Chris Collinsworth explained that Omaha means that the ball must be hiked at the next utterance from the quarterback - - usually when they’re running out of time.
Sometimes he uses it to lure the players offsides.
