Speaking at a summit in Switzerland last week, Facebook Sheryl Sandberg claimed that little children are now facing a "toddler wage gap."
"We have a toddler wage gap," Ms. Sandberg said. "The boys are taking out the trash, it takes less time than cleaning the dishes and they get bigger allowances. We start out in our homes with these very different expectations and the time spent on these tasks is incredibly important."
She continued, "Mothers will systematically overestimate their sons' crawling, and underestimate their daughters.'"
Biases toward specific genders is like racism, Ms. Sandberg continued.
"Men are promoted based on potential, women on what they’ve proven. Same as race. A white-sounding name on a resumé versus a black-sounding name is worth eight years of work on a resumé," she explained.
Before joining Facebook, Ms. Sandberg was the Vice President of Global Online Sales at Google.

Seems that the left has and is experincing an intelligence gap with the rest of the world. Sadly, as time goes on, the gap will only grow bigger.
