I believe the law states that the classified material; once copied to another unsecure server, is still classified .. whether or not the markings still exist.
But, I’ve heard some people say that it was worse than that, in that Hillary’s staff REWROTE THE CLASSIFIED INFORMATION, CHANGING IT FROM IT’S ORIGINAL TEXT.
That’s is far, far worse.
So, I guess the staff, who took Hillary’s orders .. are now the ones who are going to be charged with a crime. Actually, any staff member who did this stuff (even if Hillary ordered them to do it); their career in Govt is over. Why then .. doesn’t one of them have the courage to stand up and tell what Hillary really did. You’ve already lost your job .. so what is the point in protecting HER?
1.) To help the muslim brotherhood with their Arab Spring and
2.) To secure donations for her future presidential war chest.
That was it.
This stuff just keeps piling up. At some point it's gotta tip over.
One very good reason a server can crash is because it was hacked or cyber attacked.
Crashing a server is a good way for a hacker or spy to conceal or hide evidence of their attack if they think they have been compromised.
It would also be interesting to see if the the server crash coincided with any significant major world event.
