We’ll see.
Of course it won’t. At this point it doesn’t matter what he says and it’s embarrassing.
The blood of the neo-cons and their toadies, is reaching the boiling point. They’ve hated Trump from day one, but his speaking the truth about the Iraq war is just too much for them.
If Trump wins the nomination in spite of their opposition, they may all have strokes. If he wins the general, they may all leap out of windows.
Neither do I.
His two pressers today were outstanding!
I hope Trump keeps up this behavior so that more voters can see what a poor choice he would be for President.
In re: G. HW. Bush— Trump is correct. THAT is when it should have been DONE.
Schwartzkopf could tell you about that... if he was still alive. About the perpetuating Bush legacy that did not need to be.
Anymore than the Clinton ignoring of AlQaida in Oklahoma, or in 1993 in the WTC attack.... prior to GW Bush.
It was “beach time” according to Admiral Woolsey of CIA— a good read from this patriot.
Bubba turned down Osama. Bubba was the first to call for regime change in Iraq...and Hiilary said it....and said it boldly on a Russert show....after we went in....that it was her party that came up with regime change..
Rush today saying Trump had gone after a “revered” figure in the GOP.
I liked W. I thought the concept of princering Iran was good. The execution obviously was flawed, particularly the wimpiness toward Muslims andd the political correctness.
But “revered??” W was “revered so the next two Republican GOP candidates ran awY from him and Dems are STILL running against him? Does Rush not realize that a large number of GOP/conservatives date our decline from Rove’s disastrous 2006 electoral strategy? Or that millions of people got soaked by the crash and thought the bank bailout was a sop to the rich?
No, by going after Bush this isn’t even right/left. This is an exorcism of what many, many have wanted over the last 8-10 years. Bush was in the high 20s when he left office. That isn’t “revered.”
Wanna bet?
Trump is throwing another tantrum because internal polls say otherwise.
I disagree strongly with Trump on his remarks about Bush “lying” about WMD’s
But, that is not a make or break issue with me.
But, I think it lends weight to the arguments of those who think Trump isn’t a true conservative.
I am watching and thankfully dont have to vote for awhile now.
If Trump really a Democrat, shouldn’t Democrats love him instead of attacking him all the time? Why does the media hate him?
Political capital is of no value unless it is used. Reagan knew how and when to use it. So far Donald Trump has used it effectively. I have no idea how this will play, waiting for post-debate polls to see were it stands.
Truth never Hurts a candidate.
Since when is opposing a stupid war trumped-up by the Ruling Class for Working Class slobs to die in a “liberal idea?” Who the hell came up with THAT BS other than some jackass Neo-Con?
American military men and women have been sent since 1951 to die in wars the people at home couldn’t care less about. And the corrupt bureaucrats tie our soldier’s hands behind their backs with insane ROE instead of letting them do their job. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Only Trump has demonstrated he cares for our military people and our working people. Only Trump. The rest of them are liars and GOPe lackeys. Enough of the Ruling Class. ENOUGH!
Recall that Trump’s standing with conservatives did not suffer as a result of his comments about John McCain. This is because many are familiar with the McCain backstory and with the mixed blessing that he has been to conservatives. Similarly, GWB left much to be desired as president. Trump did not cite most of these GWB shortcomings, and those that he did cite might have been poorly selected or articulated. The point is that Trump, once again, is not afraid to stand up to Establishment Republicans, this time by questioning the idealized, almost mythical image that they have constructed of GWB. It is this courage and aggressiveness that conservatives are responding to in continuing to support Trump.
Of course they won’t. For his supporters nothing he says or does matters as long as he says the wall once in a while.
Yeah.
No.
It has already hurt and it will continue to hurt Trump. It’s called a “recording”. It’s called a “record” and Trump’’s “record” is hurting him
Trump’s inconsistent (read “wildly iratic”) record is catching up with him. His bluff and bluster won’t distract even his most irrational followers from the obvious truth: Trump is a godless narcissist.
I don’t want to replace one godless narcissist with another.
Trump is over. Done. Good-bye.
