"The fact is the establishment has gotten it wrong this entire primary and it is unfortunate to see that Mitt Romney is getting bad political advice," John Weaver, chief strategist for Kasich for America said in a statement late Friday afternoon. "John Kasich is best positioned to stop Donald Trump in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Pacific coast states. This is just the old establishment trying again to game the political system, but John Kasich's defeated the Republican establishment his entire career."

Why is an endorsement by Milt Romley seen as a positive?

Hey, remember when you guys crucified me for being for Rick Perry?

Well, Rick would have won and saved us 4 years of Obama.

You wanted Romney then... how do you like them apples?

1) guy has affair with a married woman

2) guy gets mad when said married woman is not loyal to him afterwards

Mitt is married to the GOP

Wow! Kasich was a real sucker and so were the voters in OH

Not all of us. But, yeah, a lot of Ohioans want a government that takes care of them and is safe. Best guess is the Romney endorsement gained KSick voters. If this is going to become a game of "Revenge" and Trump needs a few votes to reach a majority, a spurned Kasich might be a best case scenario VP solution. Get rid of the backstabbers FOR GOOD.

(no I don't like Kasich. I just really believe there has to be a plan to get it done first ballot)

I agree Romney never was a conservative

Has no back bone

Can't even endorse a Candidate but just a race to stop Trump

The RNC could be losing money because people are upset with establishment politics. Kasich staying in the race will hurt Cruz more than Trump.

Oh they know there is a problem. Various RNC organizations have been increasingly bombarding me with spam emails about how we have to save the country from Hillary, they just need more money, and I have been deleting all of them, and unsubscribing where I can. One day they sent me a “poll,” about “goals” they should be following such as “continuing to oppose Obamacare,” “getting rid of Hillary,” etc. They made the mistake of including an “Other” category and leaving a space for description of the “Other.” I wrote out a pithy message about what they could do to themselves (leaving all the other questions blank), and sent that back to them. I am sure I am not the only person they are getting these reactions from.

Romney appears to be a very jealous person. He appears to be devastated that Trump will likely become President. Romney is becoming unglued that Americans from all walks of life would crawl over broken glass to vote for Trump.

Trump is only becoming more and more likable to his base. Trump ends all of his events with, I Love you! I Love you! I LOVE you!

No one can imagine Romney getting the same kind warm welcome all across America like Trump has from his supporters.

Also, Romney is very upset that Newt Gingrich might become VP. He would be less upset if Newt becomes the Chief of Staff.

This is all about ego for Romney. Romney literally is JEALOUS and it appears that he can't stop himself because he has become unglued. The more Romney showcases his personal jealousy as a grown man, the more everyone knows that Romney def. has a screw loose and is terribly bitter that he lost.

Romney wants Paul Ryan, his former running mate, to be nominated in the Cleavland so the Romney can get over his jealousy. Can you imagine? Romney is so delusional, jealous and bitter, that he is spearheading this whole contested convention because of his ego? Mrs. Ryan and the kids have probably been told, you might be on stage again, so get ready. LOLOLOL

Romney needs to exit stage LEFT and quick. Someone needs to ridicule Romney day in and day out. He is so delusional that he thinks because he was the former nominee that he somehow gets to act like the King.

Romney has lost it and is very bitter, jealous and delusional.

Kasich is trying to act anti-establishment.

Kasich for sure knew Romney would do this an likely doesn’t have a problem with it.

Kasich is just trying to use this to make it look like also is anti-establishment as the former nominee is voting for Cruz, but only because it is Utah.

This is just Kashich trying to appear anti establishment, but only for this weekend. LOL

This is amazing. I’ve never seen chaos like this. Trump has somehow managed to get the entire GOPe club warring with each other to deny that they are members of the GOPe club.

Kasich does think he is entitled and very much expects to be in the slot for President of VP, no doubt about it.

BUT, he is acting like he is being shunned by the establishment, even though last week he was campaigning with Romney, in order to get more free press and to at least FINALLY get some free press.

Kasich is ACTING. Kasich is a Dem and is an actor. It is actually pretty scary how much he changes up his personality in order to gain more power. Kasich is well connected, Kasich IS an insider and IS the establishment.

Kasich’s interview with Greta was just him acting. Period.
