Vanity: Cruz sides with reporterette against former cop Corey Lewandowski

Posted on 03/29/2016 4:58:31 PM PDT by Trumpinator

That buzz cut is not for show. Corey Lewandowski is a former state trooper. Cruz said he would have fired Corey. What a wuss of a leader Cruz is. If Trump endears that kind of loyalty and returns it that makes him a true leader in my book.

She physically took hold of him.

In order to believe you, I'd have to believe that the Secret Service would let that happen and take no action at all.

Sorry, I'm not going to do that.

This person was able to touch Trump a couple times.

And the Secret Service allowed that?

Doubtful.

Try to keep up. The Secret Service has verified that they warned Fields twice but she wouldn’t stop.

The world can see the bs that you espouse.

I posted video.

I posted Lewandowski's tweeted lie, verbatim.

It may not be what you want to hear, but it is not BS.

The fact that you "won't" become uncomfortable defending thuggery and lies, says quite a bit about you.

Like I said before, I would back up Cruz if she tried this bs on him. I freakin' can't stand dishonesty.

The 40-year-old father of four known for his anti-establishment enthusiasm has had a colorful career. A Massachusetts native and current New Hampshire resident, he ran, and lost, for a state representative position while still a student at UMass, Lowell, according to the Lowell Sun.

He briefly worked for the Republican National Committee, and most notably, spent almost seven years at the Koch brothers-backed Americans for Prosperity. He was also the executive director of the New England Seafood Producers Association and the director of public affairs at a PR firm. Lewandowski is a New Hampshire Police Academy graduate, guest lecturer, licensed real estate agent and notary.

Basil smiled at me. "You didn't know," he said, "that I had a practical brother. This is Rupert Grant, Esquire, who can and does all there is to be done. Just as I was a failure at one thing, he is a success at everything. I remember him as a journalist, a house-agent, a naturalist, an inventor, a publisher, a schoolmaster, a—what are you now, Rupert?"

"I am and have been for some time," said Rupert, with some dignity, "a private detective, and there's my client."

Great. What agent or SS official verified that?

Cruz on Trump aide: ‘Of course’ I’d ask him to resign

By Rebecca Savransky

Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz said if Corey Lewandowski worked for him, he would ask the campaign manager to resign.

“Of course,” Cruz said in response to the question by Anderson Cooper during a CNN town hall Tuesday on whether he’d ask the embattled aide to resign.

“It shouldn’t be complicated that members of the campaign staff should not be physically assaulting the press,” he said. “That shouldn’t be a complicated decision.”

Just an aside. My son is former law enforcement, also former reserve deputy. At one time he was sent to Tahoe for one of the tournaments, tasked with protecting players. His orders from the Douglas County Sheriff were anyone touches one of the players, man, woman or child, take them down to the ground.

Just a FWIW.

The Secret Service agent seemed distracted by Field’s friend whom was wearing a plaid jacket-—perhaps this was a gambit to allow her to pursue Trump.

The older footage taken from a position directly to the left of Trump, shows the agent facing plaid-man. At that moment Lewandowski perceives motion behind Trump. Lewandowski moves oblique-right placing himself between Fields and Trump, possibly having seen something grasped in Field’s left hand.

The agent has also realized something is in play, and arrives behind Field’s position slightly behind Lewandowski’s close approach between Fields and Trump.

In this case its right. The Secret Service warned Michelle Fields to stop and she refused. She finally got edged out of the way.
