I said early on Marco would be Trumps magic bullet IF marco was courageous enough to break with the establishment bush camp ( who would school him to toe their line for his future and Jeb’s) and support Trump

Unless Rubio’s camp has been in secret talks with trump I haven’t seen this
Marco seems like a charming good looking guy who is weak in work habits because his charm and good looks have helped him fly ... Maybe trump could adopt him and raise him to be as hard working and successful as the trump kids

I also thought Scott Walker would be a stable hard working connected and reassuring ( to the GOPe) choice but when he endorsed cruz. .. Well,, his campaign manager is now working for Trump so who knows. His relatively mild ( dull ) political personality would definitely help to balance trumps flamboyance

Trump would not be hiring his vp for his financial or business creds ( or lack thereof) cause he’s got those bases covered

He already said he needs a respected long time known capital Hill political insider

The list of respected long time Capitol Hill insiders who aren’t completely corrupt has got to be very short.

Well maybe one criteria
Under that criteria Ted Cruz, Mrs Ted Cruz., every democrat, probably a significant number of republicans, most agency heads in our govt, and George soros are all globalists

But it’s like that word “ neocon”

Flung out there

Yeah so somebody’s going to squeal when trump makes his choice known

Which I trust he will do at a strategically effective time because some group is going to be unhappy

LBJ was legendary for his effectiveness, Cruz is (to put it mildly) not.

And that is a correct assessment of all of the above. We have experienced a coup and our federal government is controlled by foreign powers.

It might be the time of morning...this thread is hilarious and intelligent at the same time. Did Soros’ night shift not show up for work?

They could become Rosy-Cruzians again, instead of dead-enders.

Which is interesting that they are ALL committed to the destruction of Donald Trump
By whatever means necessary

The way America’s enemies have all come out of the woodwork and exposed themselves to bring down Trump compels me to back him. Clearly he is very bad for their plans, and I have long been well aware that their plans are very bad for us.

As would the #NeverCruz heads.

Reagan and Bush got pretty ugly in the primaries and they swept the election. I think a Trump/Cruz ticket would crush Clinton. Go for it.

Back before you drank the Cruzaid you were adamant that someone with a foreign father was not eligible to be president. Now you won’t even address your 180 change. Why not? Dishonesty permeates the Cruz campaign.

Lyin’ Ted will never be nominee for President or VP. He’s poison now.

After what’s happened this year who knows! But I doubt this. Cruz cannot win either the primary nor the general. He brings nothing to the table for Trump.

The only Republican Trump is even possibly considering is:

He will more likely pick a democrat or someone who is not a politician. Maybe someone like:

Mr. Trump will LOSE votes if he takes as VP
the ever-lying, utter globalist, always whoring,
better-than-any-voter, phoney, Cruz.
