20 years ago my wife (a recovering journalist) helped a ‘Ivy League’ educated woman (D behind her name) stump in our neighborhood. She was running for Congress...
I, of course said: ‘OK. You do what you need to do.’
So this Lib parks in our driveway, knocks on our door and they transfer to my Wife’s car...
-Note: we had just built our house and we were landscaping the front driveway and lawn at the time (we have two driveways) perhaps we did not have great curb appeal at that time -
So they drive around our VERY rural neighborhood (lot’s of acreage) knocking on doors...the sun begins to set, I put the lights on in our house...
The ladies eventually begin driving back up the slope/hill/mountainside in the dusk a few hours later...
The Ivy League Lib (ILL) says: ‘Oh! Look at that cute house, it’s beautiful! It’s adorable!’
My Wife replies: ‘That’s my house.’
ILL: ‘Uh, NO. It’s NOT.’
Wife: ‘I think I know which house is mine.’
ILL: ‘That’s not your house.’
Wife: ‘Let’s just see.’
My Wife skipped all the other houses on that street (including a VERY liberal couple - one of which was an actual delegate at a DNC convention) - and parked in our upper driveway.
Wife: ‘Good luck.’
ILL: Crickets.
That’s when my Wife started believing me that liberals were/are crazy.
She owns several businesses and vote Republican now.
BTW, ILL lost her election bid and left the state.

Yes, that is what really galls us, they think that we are so stupid that we believe them!

Will never forget watching Matthews talking to high school kids on cspan back in the 90’s. He had a Q & A & was nasty & belittling to those kids.
She’s probably no smarter than Crissie and he is abysmally dumb. Even at his age though, the sophomoric excitement comes bubbling through making this reprobate’s utterings confusing and nasal.
SO! this is the reason for his sucking sounds when obama is mentioned.
