‘The do-er and the thinker: no allowance for the other’

In fact, the whole Thick As A Brick album sounds a bit prophetic, right now.

Trump makes the others look like a bunch of cardboard cutouts.

I call them "empty suits."

Trump is a real world pragmatist.

Cruz is lawyer who earned good grades.

Cruz didn’t win every county in TX. Trump won 6 of the state’s counties. Here’s a map of the U.S. that shows who won each county in the states that have voted:

I’m pretty shocked that Cruz got so much...but then he mostly got caucuses that were rigged for GOPe. Without those I think he hasn’t got much.

Don’t forget that many of the audience were compelled/compensated to attend...

Another difference often overlooked is that many of Trumps rallys are standing only. And usually you have to park waaayy away and walk in due to turnout. Then stand in lines sometimes a few feet away for ugly screaming protesters, then stand on average two hours in one tiny spot while you wait for him to come out and speak. Then you stand the hour he speaks, then the long trek to get to your car.

Cruz folks are not doing these things. They, like their candidate, are talkers and not do-ers.

Oops. A few feet away FROM ugly protesters is what I meant.

Hardly anyone goes to Ted Cruz rallies. It’s like a football game crowd next to a lemonade stand.. One that Lying Ted obviously can’t run well.

"And you'll LOVE comin' to my rallys! Unlike Trump's, they're easy to get to, and you'll always find a nice comfortable seat!"

His audiences definitely look underwhelmed.

Yes, in most of the counties he won (outside of TX and WI, as well as some urban areas in NC, KY, IL, and MO), there were very few actual voters (or in the case of CO, no voters at all for the presidential candidates). As you can see too, Teddy as a general rule does best in severely under-populated states, excepting his own.

Just to point out another thing about the map: Cruz’s wins have not been as absolute as Trump’s either. Excluding non-voting CO naturally, the only state Cruz won all of the counties in was UT. In contrast, Trump has won all the counties in 9 states: NH, AL, MA, HI, PA, MD, DE, CT, and RD (you can’t see it on the map because of its small size, but he lost New York County (i.e. Manhattan) in NY).

It’s not a bad idea to use the teleprompter for important policy speeches. I don’t think you have to worry about him using a teleprompter to talk to his supporters. He makes me feel lazy the way he is constantly working from early in the morning to late in the evening.

Trump lost Manhatten? Did that go to Cruz? Very difficult to imagine that NYC would vote Cruz!
