That’s me. Haven’t flown since 1996 and don’t plan to in the future.

At one time I was flying every two weeks or so for business, but not anymore. I found flying to be mostly boring.

I’d much rather drive and enjoy our country’s beautiful scenery.

Granted, this probably won’t work for business people under deadlines.

I once swore I would never fly again but then I got a hankering to go look at Việt Nam to see what had become of the place since the war. The train doesn't go there and it is too far to hitchhike. So I got on an airplane. Then I went back again, and again. I spent March and part of April there this year and had to fly there and back. Well, I still won't fly domestically. I go to Boston on the Train and drive anywhere else.
