He's not only after the White House china and silverware, he'll take all the gold out of Ft. Knox. Then the economy collapses while he and Michelle eat lobster and cake every evening. You read it here, best prepare!

I think Obama happens to be right, we all should be prepared for disaster. There have been a lot of things going awry lately. He did us all a service by bringing it to everyone’s attention. I for one, am going to take his advice and be better prepared than I am.

Like you, I always have a good sized garden and I keep plenty of supplies stored up. The one thing more that I wish I would do is to encourage, or in some cases demand, that friends, family, and people in my small community also get prepared. It’s not the easiest subject to discuss with people, since many have been led to believe that “prepping” is one of those things that they’ve seen on TeeVee shows that weird people do. There’s a couple primary reasons I see to try and encourage others to be ready. One is because I actually care about some of these people, and don’t want them to needlessly suffer. The other reason, and this is for people in my immediate area, is that if they don’t prepare now and TSHF, who are they going to turn to when their kids start driving them nuts about how hungry they are? That answer is obvious: they’ll come to people they either know or suspect have supplies stored up. They’ll become a burden on their family, friends, and neighbors. Yeah, sure, there’s some people out there that are cold hearted enough to turn their starving mother away, but fortunately most people are more compassionate than that and will share supplies to one degree or another with certain people, and defend their stores against others. But the point being, if we can get others to put up supplies now, they won’t become a burden to others later.

I recall him warning us how not to contract influenza as one of his first acts in office. It was creepy how everyone sanitized everything in sight to show compliance with the new King’s wishes. My employer had the housekeeping staff wiping down the stair rails with sanitizer daily.
I’ve been prepared for a disaster ever since the day when illegals and parasites put Obama within the margin of fraud to seize power. That disaster is still going on after nearly eight years, and anyone who is not prepared by now is a fool.
There’s a section of the Taurids that may have very large rocks (1-2 km dia) through which we will pass between now and 2040 - during the twice annual passes ... maybe Bam knows something big comes this way ...

Hurricane season?
Store canned goods. They last 25 years or more. They are cheap. You can amass a huge supply. Buy store brands or when on special. A much better use of your time and resources. Canned food is cooked and ready to eat.
You can’t plant a big enough garden. You could surpass your harvest with one trip to the grocery store, Walmart, dollar store, or Aldi’s. Don’t forget a manual can opener. In a pinch a good knife will suffice.
