WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is not generally thought of as a friend of Republicans. But what he says is coming soon from his whistleblowing group could endear him to the GOP. Assange claims his "upcoming leaks in relation to Hillary Clinton" are enough to indict her, according to a recent interview with British ITV News.
"We've accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton. We could proceed to an indictment," he said. These emails are "pending publication."
But no matter how damaging the emails are, Assange believes the FBI will give Clinton a pass. Rather than bring criminal charges, it will "push for concessions from the new Clinton government in exchange for its lack of indictment."
If that happens, then the FBI will have committed a criminal offense. Letting a politician escape indictment simply because he or she has power and status is an outrage that every American should strongly condemn.(emph. mine) But, as Assange points out, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, an Obama appointee, isn't likely to indict someone who once worked for her boss, and is a fellow Democrat.
There is also the fact, admitted to by Clinton's campaign, that Clinton fixer attorney David Kendall has stayed in contact with the Justice Department throughout its investigation.
Let's not be naïve and think this is merely a lawyer cooperating with an investigation on behalf of his client. This is more likely the case of an influential attorney representing a powerful person applying a heavy load of pressure on an already friendly attorney general, who is running a department filled with workers who already voted for Clinton with their political campaign contributions.

I think the FBI should be disbanded. Current employees (all of ‘em) should be banned from federal government jobs for life.
Dept of State too.
What’s he waiting for? Post election?
Please tell me how the government under Obama, who has come out and endorsed Hillary Clinton, would file an indictment against her?
IF some moron who can’t read a newspaper did actually get such an indictment, I’m sure the news would be swiftly followed by Obama’s pardon and the prosecutor’s firing for a ‘politically motivated’ indictment.
Clinton, along with Obama, McCain, and others have armed a foreign enemy. They have brought that enemy to the United States and surreptitiously distributed them throughout the United States.
They have committed treason or espionage, as the case may be.
Mark my words:
She who will be coronated will never, never, EVER be indicted.
She’s a Clinton. She’s above the law.
And if she isn’t, and gets elected, God help those going after her now. There will be hell to pay.
The entire US mandarin class should have 3 choices: deportation, the gallows or the firing squad. It’s the only way.
There is already enough in the public domain to indict Hillary ten time over.
I'm hoping but not betting on some WikiLeaks Secret Convict Hillary Sauce.
But I'm not expecting to see it.
The FBI already have 10X what they need to send Hillary away for life. They are sitting on it. Apparently FBI i investigations take a long time. In this case perhaps at least until late January, early February 2017.
If so, RIP forever the FBI reputation and RIP FBI morale.
What is said here is absolutely correct but totally irrelevant. Hillary could personally cut the head off of Pope Francis on public Television and still be elected. She would probably garner 68% of the Catholic vote. THEY HAVE FLOODED THE COUNTRY WITH ENOUGH THIRD WORLD ALIENS TO TIP THE BALANCE. MANY OF YOU FELLOW CITIZENS LUST AFTER FREEBIES. WE ARE DEAD AS A FREE SOCIETY.
These criminal bastards have loaded up these agencies with thier gangs we need a commission to start with the low end and work our way up to the leaders, this way they know its coming
It’s not a case of being above the law, it’s a case of cowards, sniveling cowards, who refuse to perform their sworn duty. They are complicit in her crimes.
Boehner, McConnel, Gowdy, Ryan, etc ad naseum
It’s curious that Bernie Sanders is still “in the race” even though he is mathematically eliminated in the delegate count. So long as he stays in, he stands to inherit the nomination should the Crooked One drop out, keeping the Dems from handing the nomination to somebody like Biden.
And when you're wrong, what then? Will you leave FR?
Or are you just trying to spew as much FUD as possible, with zero blowback or responsibility?
Hillary, Obama, DOJ, FBI...
If one is ever tried, convicted and hanged for having given aid and comfort to the enemy, they would all need be tried, convicted and hanged for their having given aid and comfort to the enemy.
They are all traitors to the United States of America. And so is Slick Willie.
They’re pretty well all above the law, now, arent’ they? Lois Lerner? Harry Reid? Eric Holder? Elizabeth Warren? Hillary Clinton? Barack Obama? Loretta Lynch? Those in power are not held accountable by those who are sworn to enforce. We are no longe a “nation of laws”. Unless you’re one of the “little people”. A cattle rancher, for example. Christian. Gun owner. Parent.
My thinking as well but there is a new twist to that scenario that is worth considering:
Let Hillary win the nomination and do not indict her until after the convention. That gives Obama maximum levarage and Bernie minimum leverage. Enter Stage Left: Biden/Warren or Warren/???. Could happen.
So we will either see an FBI/Loretta move fairly soon, soon after the convention or never. That latter being the most probable.
Who allowed it?
Who allowed Lerner, Holder, Clinton, Obama, Lynch to ignore Congress with impunity? To violate law with impunity?
The Republicans, that’s who.
If Hillary is not indicted are we creating an American Caesar? How can anyone stop her? It won’t be McConnell or Ryan. They are already cowed. Rule by Presidential Directive with no interference by the legislative lapdog.
“Dept of State too.”
State Dept should be #1 on the list for a complete turnover of employees. It has been a RATs nest since before WWII!
