FBI Director Comey intimidated that anyone except a former high-ranking Democrat government official currently running for high office as a Democrat would have faced serious consequences. The exemption granted to Hillary Clinton does not sit well with many if not most Republican and Independent voters; even the generally supportive lamebrain media are finally attacking Her. Nevertheless, She will get the Democrat presidential nomination and "likable" but befuddled Joe Biden won't. All of that is good for Trump.

According to a Rasmussen poll taken on the evening of July 5th,
37% of Likely U.S. Voters agree with the FBI’s decision. But 54% disagree and believe the FBI should have sought a criminal indictment of Clinton. Ten percent (10%) are undecided.. . . .
Sixty-four percent (64%) of Democrats agree with Comey’s decision not to seek an indictment of their party’s presumptive presidential nominee. Seventy-nine percent (79%) of Republicans, 63% of voters not affiliated with either major political party and 25% of Democrats disagree with the decision. [Emphasis added.]
Director Comey has agreed to appear before the House Oversight Committee on July 7th to respond to questions about his decision not to indict Ms. Clinton.
The initial lamebrain media reaction was trumped by its own later reactions. The media picked up on Comey’s shredding of Clinton’s practices, particularly calling her “extremely careless” with classified information and refuting her talking points such as that she didn’t send or receive e-mail marked classified on her unsecured system.

Trump now has a very substantial chance of winning the November 8th election and the Hildabeast's chances have diminished. The nation might well not survive eight years of the Hildebeast, and the Republican Party almost certainly would not.

As I reflected on Comey’s comments on Tuesday, it struck me that he may be more clever than we thought. His first 15+ minutes are loaded with 30 second sound bites Trump is already making into TV spots. Comey very politely called her everything but a child of God and now it’s ALL OUT THERE from the head of the FBI!
Then by NOT referring it, he has all but the most dedicated Clinton loyalists and brain-dead Democrats (but I again repeat myself) so FURIOUS at the failure to follow through that I believe the election may be an anticlimax — unless Trump steps on his ______________

So, if he DID get “The Word” from obozo to keep Clinton in the race (and my guess is that he did), his presentation was constructed to do as much damage to her while following obama’s order to NOT refer for prosecution, leaving him out of the doghouse. Perhaps some sort of spiteful twofer? We may never know!

How in the hell does it help? An indictment would have left not choice but to put them in defensive. Now, the truth seeking Republicans will look like crazed conspiracy theorists along with the truthers and UFOlogists. Remember, the battle is for the weak willed that decide it, not those are hard set on Trump or Clinton.
An indictment would have made it CLEAR that is going on and they would be like scrambling maggots. Not so anymore.

Putting someone else in at this point just spreads the mess and weakens the team they could run in 2020. They might prefer Hillary left able to run for that reason and to avoid the mud she can spread if she's taken down even though she is an easier target for Trump compared to starting fresh with another candidate.

You can’t possibly be serious. First, an indictment would have severely damaged her and her campaign would be basically over. It is true that Biden or Warren would get in, possibly grumpy Sanders wanting in, which would have caused a MASSIVE s**tshow for the dems. There is no way that dems would be united. Get real, dems would be OVER! Either way, the dem chances would have evaporated like poof! Please do not be in denial.
And nobody remembers Comey’s statement but the political junkies. The mindless independent voters would be saying “if there was any wrongdoing, why did they not charge her?”. Hillary is now “cleared” of Benghazi and Emailgate. Watch for a massive dem blitz, aided by MSM.
