The complaining on this thread is about a VP consideration.
The Supreme Court ruled on a law and that opinion Roe vs. Wade which over ruled State Law.
A VP choice has hardly any power on the Roe vs. Wade opinion. You want to get the House and the Senate to write a law to abolish abortion and win? Really? What are you smoking? The best case for your argument is the power the VP has in a tie breaker.
I only challenged an incorrect statement you made.
The Supreme Court can rule until the cows come home, but under the Constitution, Congress has the right to review , modify or strike down almost all of their decisions.
That they choose not to, is a different matter.
