White House as Originator and Promoter of Klamath Basin Agreements
Canada Free Press ^ | 09/07/16 | Lawrence Kogan

Klamath Basin Agreement proponents have lost not only their grip on reality, but also their traditional American common sense neighborly values

Klamath Basin groups claiming to represent the majority of Klamath Basin residents, such as the Klamath Water Users Association (“KWUA”) and the Family Farm Alliance (“FFA”), have long perpetuated the lie that the Klamath Basin Agreements will benefit ALL Basin residents. The first two of these agreements had been initially proposed during the Bush administration in an effort assist Klamath irrigators resolve longstanding science and water delivery disputes with environmentalists and tribal communities. Now, these and several additional new agreements are being non-transparently driven by the Obama administration, which secures non-disclosure agreements from “secret meetings” participants to ensure they remain silent about the preferences the agreements contain in favor of Native American Tribes and the environmental community. The evidence clearly shows that these groups will stop at nothing to keep their false and deceptive narrative alive.

You have to sign the agreement before you know what’s in the agreement.

When it The Stand at Klamath Falls was over, and we got the Farmer's and Rancher's their water back on, I pled with them not to join any "group" of "stakeholders" to negotiate settlement with the government.

I tried to get them to use thier advantage and continue the legal process of having those headgate turned over to them,...because they owned them...so they could determine their own future.

But ultimately, they joined in the negotiations and it has now neen, over a ten year period, ruinous to them.

Sad...but at least we fought and got them a chance to make their own decisions...but they forgot what they had gone through, and they believed they would be treated fairly. Some in the Bush administration did treat them fairly...but the Wildlife Federation, UN NGOs, the Tribes, and even some of the fishermen Associations undercut them and ultimately when Obama came on, it went own hill quikly from there.

Don’t forget that one of those tribes was the Klamath which was disbanded under an agreement with the Great White Father in the 1970’s. Each tribal member was paid $125,000 as part of the agreement. We ended up with a couple of them as neighbors in White Salmon, Washington. They cane up with their money and vought 40 acre tracts and set up homes. That was in 1975.

When I moved to Kfalls in 2000, they had reformed the tribe and asserted their tribal rights again...

Vote all democrats out of office in Oregon.
They are destroying the state.
Kitzhaber, Wyden and Merkley all belong in prison.
They have grossly ripped off the taxpayers, destroyed jobs and businesses and turned the state into a sanctuary for loaders, illegals and enemy combatants.
