I use Serif.

I got their free version first and then bought the first upgrade in order to handle different file types.

Well worth it and a software company that you can actually call on the phone to get answers.

I've done CAD( Auto/Inventor/Revit) in the past. Never done work with Windows movie. I have Windows but the Windows Movie Maker and some other things are not loading. Hoping to get the old computer fixed. I have a tech friend coming over to try and help me figure what the heck is going on. Might just be an on off switch. No idea. Can I share your video?
