Another oddity, the driver definitely was not part of "the A team." When he/she pulls up, notice the black guy that always accompanies Hillary tries to open the door, has to knock on it. A good driver, a professional driver making a quick pickup, would've been hitting the unlock button as he approached to save those couple of seconds.

Looks like it bounced off of her right heel and dropped just to the left of her right foot.

You can see it at the very bottom edge of the video in the light area between her right foot and the base of the post.
