While campaigning in Texas this week, Cruz was caught by a reporter from the Dallas Morning News phone-banking for Trump. In the video taken by G.J. McCarthy, Cruz is sitting with his head slightly slouched in front of various Trump campaign signs.
Cruz was unable to reach many live representatives, but made sure to leave voicemails encouraging voters to make it to the polls on Election Day.

Somewhere I read that Cruz at the Trump/Pence phone bank said ‘vote for your conscience’ (paraphrasing) was not true?
If I have received a call from Cruz himself, I will have some choice words for him.
I’m voting for Trump because I care about the country and I want someone who represents ALL of the citizens, even the damn democrats.
Cruz can’t even muster the courage or civility to say Trump’s name. The only reason he is there is for his own personal gain, a lame attempt to rebuild his destroyed reputation after he stabbed a knife in all of our backs! He is the worst of the worst, he is dead to me and I wish he would go away.
I have listened to Cruz and his accusers for a long time now. I am convinced that Ted Cruz is Roger Maris reincarnated.

Anyone, ANYONE who actually believes Cruz or any other caller operating from the TRUMP CALL BANK would speak to a voter and NOT mention Trumps name is hereby judged to be certifiable insane, not too mention idiotic!!
