It came to mind that we all know a huge number of friends and family members who have passed on. How do we check to make sure they have been successfully removed from the voter registration roles?
It is really important to know our loved ones have not been casting votes in their absence. Particularly since such votes are inevitably cast for Democrats.
Can anyone help? Is this possible without knowing their former Social Security number, etc.? Does it differ from state-to-state or is there one place everyone can check?
Also, how do we know that someone is not casting votes in our name from prior locations we were registered?
State by state. Some not online.
Good question. My Grandparents were registered dems from the 1930’s until they passed away.
Can I vote absentee and then vote again in person?
A very good question. We’ll try to be sure that my father’s and my MIL’s names are off the voter rolls before the election.
Good question. I need to look into this as well.........

Not Registered : Deceased shows for my late Sister
I’m in FLA...flvoters.com
My dad died a year ago and he’s still on the list. it does not show him voting in 2016 but I imagine it doesn’t get populated until after 11/8. But his wife and her deadbeat sons would absolutely vote in his name.
should be interesting.
The Voter Fraud Buses are circling casting multi fraud votes during the month long open vote process.
Can I vote absentee and then vote again in person?
Not in Calif. The printed computer-generated voter roll will indicate you received an absentee ballot. You may vote at precinct IF you turn over that absentee ballot to the officers for destruction. Don’t know about other states.
That works for me. I checked a prior address and I was no longer registered.
Now, to do this for everyone else on my list...
Many thanks!
I just did this a few days ago for my Mom and Dad.Went to registrar of voters in town where they lived website, contact us, sent email. They replied that my Dad had been removed 5 mos after death, Mom still registered 2yrs after death, but will be removed now... Louisiana. Very quick response. I emailed them yesterday to see if it’s possible to make sure no votes cast in their names after death. Waiting for response. Hope this helps
you can check Oregon Voter status HERE
I also checked mine a few months ago to see if my mail in ballots have been being counted... and book marked it to check again.
You can check Arizona Voter status HERE
For years I have jokingly said “I wonder who I’m voting for in Chicago this election.” So tonight out of curiosity I googled the Chicago electoral board. There’s a link where you can confirm your registration. Lo, and behold, I am not registered at the address I lived at when I registered there many moons ago. (like 40 years!)
I believe a similar capability to verify registration is available at most electoral boards. I know there’s one where I live now (Fairfax County, VA). At the VA site you have to state that the request is for your own info. I suppose a deceased family member would be OK.
I cannot tell you how thankful I am you posted those links!!
Checked my deceased dad, he was off the roll. Then checked my elderly mother and her address had been changed! She has lived at the same address in Oregon for 30 years.
Oregon is by mail only so her vote would have been stolen!
Thankfully we were able to change the address online.
Please everyone check out your voter registration information!
No Problem... The OP deserves the credit, This post was a great thought! We keep hearing about dead people voting democrat and need to do our part to head it off before hand instead of complaining after.
This win will be by team effort! Glad her vote will count now, we will need every one we can get, especially in the traditional blue states.
