It'll influence a few voters. The onus on on Crooked to deny, and if he plays his cards right, Trump can get her to sue the Enquirer. Has she threatened to sue? Trump has threatened to sue NYT over allegations of groping. He can invite a comparison.
And he can remind people that Enquirer did not defame Edwards.
Otherwise, I agree. If Enquirer is the only rag that picks this up, the size of the hit to Crooked's polls is trivial, inconsequential.

Not to discount the possible truth of this new revelation, but really, how many times have we been promised, assured, and guaranteed that THIS time, it’s the BIG ONE, only to have her skate harmlessly away?
Countless times, at least, since the mid 1990’s, and all these revelations have hardly made a dent in her. Of course, the lapdog media is very much complicit in this strange ‘protection’ the Clintons seem to enjoy.
