If you’ve been watching since last Tuesday you’ve probably already noticed that some on the left aren’t coming to terms with Trump’s election very well. In fact, there is a contingent on the left that seems to be spiraling up it’s rhetoric rather than winding it down. Case in point, director Joss Whedon put out this tweet today:

There appears to be no connection between the arts and the reality of politics and life. Shame really. His characters were anti big government free spirits.... a parallel to post Civil War rebels. Some how there is no connection between his creation and how he views real life.
