How much black qualifies? 1/4 black? 1/8? 1/16? Is Warren black enough if she calls herself black? What about very dark Arabs? Are they black?

I did that DNA ancestry test. I'm mostly Scandinavian and other European, but also 2% North African, whatever that might mean.
