"...This decision is a win because it means that Dr B gets to continue to save lives.
On Friday, Burzynskis lawyer and his co-counsel on the case told the board that the majority of the 1,400-plus complaints lodged against Burzynski were dismissed by the State Office of Administrative Hearings. The judge ruled that Burzynski didnt financially or physically harm any patients named in the complaint."

Isn’t he the guy who tried treating people with their own urine?
no he’s the guy who successfully treated cancer patients and achieved a much higher survival rate than conventional, with no side effects
ping
What did he give patients who had cancer?
He basically pioneered the protocol of treating cancers tailored to the individual’s own physiology didn’t he? And now every cancer center claims they do that.
He has been persecuted by the AMA and associated groups for two decades. The cancer industrial complex likes to protect their own.
The common prescription drugs Premarin and Prempro are made from the urine of pregnant mares.
discussed some in movie about his whole problem with the govt trying to put him outa business on you tube burzynski movie last year, I watched it, may still be there.
Good for Dr. Burzynski.
Where does most of the FDA funding come from? Big Pharma. What is their motive? Cure? Profits?
Here is the Burzynski Cancer Movie:

Well worth watching.
My father passed away just a few years ago from cancer. His medical expenses were in the millions of dollars.
I don’t believe they want a cure. There’s too much money being made with all the current cancer treatments, etc.
I dont believe they want a cure. Theres too much money being made with all the current cancer treatments, etc.
Exactly!
I am very anti regulatory and strongly believe that state medical boards behave like star chambers and fascist courts, but 1400 complaints, are you kidding?
I dont believe they want a cure. Theres too much money being made with all the current cancer treatments, etc.”
Everytime I drive through the huge medical center complex in Houston I have the same thought. We live in the southern suburbs and doctor’s office buildings, hospitals and treatment facilities are being built everywhere there is an open space.
Heard on the news tonight that the CEO of M.D.Anderson Cancer Center resigned.
If cancer were cured, would venture that Houston’s unemployment rate would be way more than we ever had during the oil turndown.
The large oil tool company I worked for in the early 80’s in Houston, had barrels set up collecting urine from the restrooms from this lunatic. There were flyers posted, telling what the tubes and barrels were for. I don’t know if they were in the womens restrooms or not. This dude must have been young then or quite old now. Everything I’ve ever read about him indicates he’s a nut case
“I dont believe they want a cure. Theres too much money being made with all the current cancer treatments, etc.
Why would they go to that kind of trouble, you can make more profit from a funeral home and a cemetary. I hate conspiracy theories, especially stupid ones
you can make more profit from a funeral home and a cemetery.”
Each person can only die and be buried one time. Cancer treatment can go on forever and the dollar cost keeps mounting. There were at least 30,000 people employed in the medical center corridor in Houston in 2014, all in non-profit organizations funded by endowments, grants, health insurance and patient payments.
I don’t agree with you that it’s a stupid conspiracy theory. I do think there are probably cures or interventions developed by other countries that we might use to our advantage if the FDA would allow such trials.
Excellent!
Grams, I live just off Main Street and Buffalo Speedway, a few blocks behind the Starbucks on Main.
My neighborhood is a teardown neighborhood. The houses are 67 years old. Seems like every time a house gets torn down and a grotesque McMansion goes up, its a doctor who moves in.
At least their children are well behaved.
So sad about your neighborhood. Same thing happened/happens in the Village. We have at least three new subdivisions near us in Pearland - Shadow Creek, Pomona and Sedona. Huge homes and my neighbor who is a realtor says all of his sales have been to doctors. Proliferation of new construction is either a CVS, a restaurant or a medical treatment office. Money has to be coming from somewhere.
